Level neoT-14是neoT层级的第14层。

描述：

Level neoT-14位于一片深蓝色的无底海洋内部，由深度及周围海水颜色将其分为三个区域——浅蓝（蔚蓝）区，深蓝区，幽黑区。在流浪者切入时便会出现在水面下五十米的浅蓝区。由于本层级内异常的重力作用下，流浪者会持续沉入海底中央，所有试图浮出水面的尝试均以失败告终，所有试图进入该层级的流浪者应当自行准备潜水工具。

层级内的海水稳定在-10℃左右，位于该层级内的流浪者均会遭受严寒的折磨。大量的海水进入人体会造成呼吸困难，并且使人体内渗透压失调导致出血，但在未知效应下，所有海水进入人体后不会致死，内出血会由海水带出，失水则会以一种未知的置换反应得到补充以此维持流浪者的生命体态。

在该层级中，几乎无法判断时间，所有随流浪者带入的电子物品均会被浸湿使其无法工作。层级内除了流浪者以外无任何生命体，持久的时间失感和孤独，饥饿为该层级内最主要的危险，而由于长时间浸泡在水中，人体的休眠机制也会被强烈的濒死感给麻痹，使流浪者的精神崩溃。该层级无法主动离开，唯一能够离开该层级的方法为在幽暗区沉落随机时间后自动切出。

浅蓝区
该区域范围为水下0-100米，在此区域流浪者可看见海面上投下来的自然光，此时周围的海水会被染成浅蓝色，该区域海水含氧量为10–12 mg/L。

深蓝区
环境大致于如同上述浅蓝区相同，该区域范围为水下100-500米，其差异为自然光更加昏暗，周围的海水为深蓝色，海水含量为6–8 mg/L。

幽暗区
该区域范围为500米一下，幽暗区似乎没有尽头，此时自然光已无法穿透到这里，周围表现为一片漆黑，海水含量为0-2 mg/L。

第一次记录：
好了，刚开始进入这里就直接是出现在海里，我现在浑身都湿透了，还好这个“随身记”防水，让我在没事情干的时候可以写点东西打磨时间……这里真他妈冷……好了，我试着向上面游一游，我憋不了太久……

第二次记录：
艹！游不上去，感觉这水底下有什么东西在卡着我，我根本上不去！我都憋不住气了，在海水涌入我鼻腔的时候我都等着死了，结果你猜怎么着？我他妈没死，但是还不如死了！现在海水从我的鼻子倒流进我的喉咙，真他妈难受！让我想起了我第一次游泳呛了一大口水的时候……还不如杀了我！但是我死不了！这个层级在耍我！它就想看我在水中挣扎！

在Level neoT-1内开车找到编号为14的隧道驶入可来到该层级。
在Level neoT-8中从高度为144米的房顶跳下有概率切入该层级。

出口：

在幽黑区沉落未知时间后随机切入到Level neoT-5，Level neoT-20，Level neoT-37。
